Start to heal your life!
Healing and the Chakras…..
How to heal a broken heart…..and more.
The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to balls of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.
I like to describe each chakra as a main computer terminal or memory bank where information, energy & emotions, function from. Each terminal has its own job to do but is directly linked to each other , and of course linked to our brain, mind , body and spirit.
Imagine a swirling ball of energy and light where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive. So like a computer terminal if a virus or malfunction occurs then it needs to be dealt with right away otherwise the whole lot could shut down. Looking after our Chakra system is vital to a healthy mid body and soul.
The main heart chakra;
These swirling balls of energy correspond to massive nerve centres in the body. Each of the seven main chakras contains millions of nerves which operate throughout our body and connect to major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay swirling and spinning with energy.
If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow. Think of something as simple as your kitchen sink. If you allow drain to block up with waste food & don’t regularly clean, it will become blocked, stagnate and eventually bacteria and mould will grow. So it is too with our bodies and the chakras. A drain is simple; it’s physical so the fix is easy. Our bodies take a lot more care.
Keeping a chakra open & healthy is a bit more of a challenge, but not so difficult when you have awareness. Since mind, body, soul, and spirit are intimately connected, awareness of an imbalance in one area will help bring the others back into balance.
Take for example, someone who has recently lost their very much loved & adored partner. Even someone whos partner has left them. They develop acute bronchitis or a chest infection, which then remains in the chest, and then gets chest pains each time they cough. The whole heart chakra is affected in this case. If they realizes the connection between the loss and the bronchitis, healing will occur much faster if they honour the grieving process and treat the grieving as well as the physical ailment.
A broken heart is very physical to many people. This is when the chakra is screaming to your mind to acknowledge the hurt that you are suffering.
I can speak from experience, as I thought once I was dieing with the physical pain in my heart, I after the end of my marriage. The pain got worse and worse until I collapsed. So look after your chakras and you will live a much happier and healthy life.
I strongly recommend acknowledgement of a physical pain, is the 1st step to healing. Use a spell or spell candles, an amulet or even your own mantra to start the healing process.
Please email me if you have any questions on why your might be feeling or suffering with a physical ailment.
